Welcome to the Dilston Shetland Pony Stud Website

The first Dilston shetland foals were born over 30 years ago in 1976. Most of our mares' pedigrees go back to South Park breeding, as did our foundation stallion for over 20 years, Fairy Boxer, purchased as a foal from Lady Joan Gore-Langton. Among our first mares were Chatsworth Minnie by Fairy Birlinn and Fairy Velita by Ron of North Wells. We still have mares today tracing back to these ponies.

We are very lucky to have some very nice natured mares and stallions who can be viewed on their relevant pages, including our present stallion Seva Fine Fellow, pictured left, who has sired some lovely foals.

All of our foals are friendly and well handled from birth.
